Your Mentor: Tiziano Luccarelli
Tiziano's experience comes from Organizational Development and Theory of Change Design. He masters an extensive portfolio of methods and tools to combine multiple disciplines such as design thinking, human-centered design, system thinking, lean management, impact model design, and strategic foresight. He works by designing and facilitating co-design workshops aiming to tackle specific problems and challenges, to align stakeholders, to share knowledge and priorities, to build different perspectives, to identify expected outcomes, and set metrics.
